The website describes tailoring, alteration, remodelling, and upcycling services offered on an appointment-led basis. Any project is subject to garment and material assessment, consultation, and written scope confirmation before work begins.
Prices for remodelling and alteration work are based on inspection of the garment, its construction, condition, and the requested fit or design. A final quote is not binding until the garment has been assessed, and any supplementary materials may be charged separately where confirmed.
Where a deposit or other payment is requested, it applies only to the relevant project and the agreed scope. Additional work will not be carried out without approval, and accepted payment methods are limited to those confirmed at the time of collection or booking.
